Sarah (Ansell) Suter RMT

I graduated from Algonquin College in 2010 with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. Since then I have continued to expand my experience and knowledge to better assist my clients through a variety of continued education, and I continue to maintain my license as a Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)

From 2015-2021 I enjoyed teaching part-time in the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College both as a Clinic Supervisor for second year students and then as a Lab Instructor for first year students.

From 2011-2020 I ran a full-time mobile practice in Ottawa which brought massage directly into people’s homes, hospitals, and retirement homes throughout the city, bringing convenience to families and treatment to loved ones with mobility issues unable to get out to appointments. It was rewarding work that I loved and I am grateful to the many people who welcomed me into their homes and families.

I am a mother of two and enjoy providing relief and understanding to anyone looking for prenatal or post-pregnancy massage, I am equipped with a pregnancy pillow and adjustable electric table to offer optimal comfort during the many different stages of pregnancy. Newborns and young children are also welcome to join you at my clinic.

After we relocated to Alfred in 2019 we decided to make Alfred and the surrounding area our new home and with it, my new practice location. I’ve been working in the area since 2021 and I’ve enjoyed getting to know many of the wonderful services and healthcare providers in the area, among them Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, and fellow Registered Massage Therapists. Working with them to collaborate on client treatment plans, sharing assessment and treatment findings, and developing a plan of care between our professions is something I offer to all my clients.
